- 1 / 5By Kaity FisherSo we went to a place called Papa Frank's in Frederick for my birthday dinner. We just moved in right across the street so we are looking for good places to go.
The ceiling above us had literally a colony of flies. There were random people walking in and out of the freaking kitchen. Some were wearing flip flops! Females didn't have their hair up, and chefs were handling trash and then immediately going back to cooking. The food never came after an hour and a half of being there.
Do NOT recommend this place to anybody.
